3. Submission of personal information
COTG does not use any of your personal information when you download and install it from the Store. Once installed, COTG may require you to create an account and submit personal information, such as your name, title, company name, telephone number and email address.
4. Use of personal information
The only information stored in COTG is the user name and password you enter in order to access the repository from which you can download documents. This user name and password is not linked in any way to your Store account.
Personal information submitted to create an account may be used to provide the selected services and information. At any time, you can easily stop all collection of information by uninstalling COTG. To do so, you may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. COTG does not retain any of your data after you uninstall it from your device.
5. Protection of personal information
The security of your personal information is a high priority for Objectif Lune. We therefore maintain appropriate safeguards and security standards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. Although Objectif Lune cannot take responsibility for any theft, misuse, unauthorized disclosure, loss, alteration or destruction of data by a third party, Objectif Lune takes all reasonable precautions to prevent such unfortunate occurrences. Though we make every effort to preserve your privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law.
6. Access to your device
If the documents created by your organization so require, COTG may access a number of features on your device, including but not limited to the camera, the microphone, your geo-location, etc. If your Organization’s documents do not specifically request the use of these features, COTG cannot and will not access them.
Your Organization’s documents may also require the device to provide its physical location using GPS or WiFi technology. This information may be embedded as part of the information you provide while filling out the document. Since the document is created by your Organization, your Organization is wholly responsible for determining if this information can be shared with the document’s intended recipient.
